Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Jelly BI iOS app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the app does

Jelly BI lets you connect your own Supabase database and view selected metrics as a dashboard with charts and optional real-time notifications. You are responsible for the database you connect and for the credentials you provide.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to access and use any database you connect to the app.
• You are responsible for keeping your Supabase credentials secure and for any activity carried out using them.
• You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and with Supabase's and Apple's terms.
• You must not use the app to access data you are not authorized to access.

3. The app reads only

The app is designed to read from your database using read-only requests. However, you provide your own credentials, and you are responsible for scoping them appropriately on your Supabase project.

4. Availability

The app and the optional real-time notification service are provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Real-time notifications depend on third-party services (including Apple Push Notification service and your own database configuration) and delivery is not guaranteed.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that displayed metrics will be accurate or timely.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
